Free Express postage is offered on orders of $100 or more (within Australia only)

Postage costs (Australia only)
Standard shipping - $ 9.70
Express Post - $12.70

Orders placed on business days are in most cases packed and despatched the same day or otherwise within 48 hours. We use Australia Post Parcel Post delivery service which will ensure your parcel is delivered within 2 or more business days within Australia

All shipping is traceable and a tracking number will be emailed to the customer after shipping.

A signature is required for all deliveries. If you are not home a card will be left in your letterbox with collection details.

For orders placed overseas please message us for a quote.

Returns

In order to give you peace of mind when shopping we offer a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Simply contact us to let us know you’re not happy with the item, post it back (at your cost) We strongly suggest you post with a tracking number as we will not be responsible for losses in the mail.

For goods to be returned for any reason they must be in original condition as purchased, unworn, no evidence of makeup, fake tan, smell of deodorant and unwashed. All original swing tags must be attached, if packaged, then returned as supplied in that packaging.

We do not accept returns on SALE items.
